Sean Byrne started training in martial arts when he was 20 yrs. old. He received prior training from the U.S. Marine Corps called MCMap (Marine Coprs Martial Arts). When he first started training his favorite thing about it was that everyone was very friendly and always willing to help you if you needed it. Today he sees the growth in both his skill and personal growth. Sean's favorite part about teaching is when he is trying to lead a student to understanding how something works or why we do it that way and being able to see the exact moment they get it. He gets a great feeling when he sees the sparkle in their eyes when they get it themselves.
His hope is that all of his students will gain confidence from understanding, the courage of compassion and the desire to become a better person. When he is not teaching he enjoys a wide variety of activities, his favorite is practicing archery in his back yard. He also enjoys taking his dog to the park, as well as going on his yearly camping trip with his wife.
Sean's dream for the future is to one day be able to run and own his own martial arts school.
