Adult Beginner Program


Physical fitness and self-defense capabilities are the focus of our program. Hand strikes, kicking skills, throwing and grappling techniques will develop you into a well-rounded martial artist. The atmosphere in our studio is friendly and motivational. Our class will help you manage your health, increase your confidence, and relive stress.

Class Schedule:

Monday 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Wednesday 7:15 - 815 PM
Saturday 12:15 - 1:00 PM

(Students attend two classes per week)
